New Year

I enjoy making New Year’s resolutions even though at least half the time I fall off the bandwagon. I’m watching this video to get ideas on how to improve my record.

One hint on resolutions is to choose things that you enjoy doing but don’t make the time for. In the past my successful resolution was to watch one old movie or foreign movie a week. I discovered so many fantastic films this way. A friend often resolves to go to lunch once a week with a friend. By doing this it insures that she’ll stay in touch with people who matter to her.

Even if I fail to give up sugar or to do weight training all year, at least I gave it up for a month or two.
